"I’ve been with this State Farm agency going on two years. I originally came here through a referral to someone named Tommy (who was incredibly helpful getting me started), after transferring from Geico when I began doing rideshare—since Geico doesn’t offer rideshare coverage. Since then, Dawn has been my go-to, and she absolutely deserves all the credit. She’s always friendly, quick to respond, and super knowledgeable. Whether I need help updating my policy, have questions, or just need something explained, Dawn always takes great care of me and makes the process easy. Although I’ve never met the agency owner, Tom Logan, it’s clear he runs a solid team. This office has consistently been professional, efficient, and helpful. That said, I do have to be honest—State Farm’s rates in California are brutal. Way too high, and it’s putting real pressure on Californians. But as far as service and support, this agency is top-notch. I stay here because of the excellent care I receive—especially from Dawn."
